I am not responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
(Please note this is currently different since I'm recovering from surgery, please refer to note above) I will send your order off at the post office within 7 business days (Mon-Fri) of ordering UNLESS item is a preorder item, in which case, please refer to the estimated time of shipment in the preorder item description.
I can not guarantee an EXACT time of shipment for preorder items, but please contact me if you have any questions.
I am not responsible for delays that may occur after parcel has been received by post office/mail service.
I am not responsible for any lost mail or damaged mail, although if this happens to a package of yours, please contact me and I will do my absolute best to accommodate.
